Nick Lattanzi

VP, Digital Services & National Security Solutions at IEM

Nick is the Vice President for Digital Services. In this capacity, he is responsible for business development and overall execution of IEM’s Digital Services sector. Nick worked as Vice President and Capture Director for multiple companies in the government services industry ranging from Fortune 500 companies to small businesses.

Nick has supported projects and customers in a variety of industries to include government, technology, utilities, homeland security, public health, energy, transportation, emergency management, law enforcement, environmental, defense, intelligence, facilities management, and more. He worked on both domestic and international projects for U.S. government agencies, other national governments, non-profits, and the private sector. He also supported national and international humanitarian assistance and disaster response efforts. Throughout the years, Nick has successfully and consistently led his teams to major contract wins.

Nick supports his community and has volunteered his time extensively over the years. At Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD, Nick served as Chapter President for Young AFCEA, served on the Board of Directors for the Army Alliance, maintained membership in many professional associations, chaired industry golf tournaments, served as committee chair for various events (C4ISR and CEMA conferences), and led numerous social, networking, and technical events across the region. In his community, Nick has supported Habitat for Humanity, served as a board member for Harford County Library Foundation events, supported the 4H Harford County Farm Fair, raised funds to support the Harford County Sheriff’s Office Benevolent Fund, served as Vice President on the Board of Directors of his community homeowner’s association, and coached in his community’s youth soccer program.
