Jorge Sánchez Vila has extensive work experience in various management roles. Jorge most recently served as the Chief Operations Officer at IENTC Telecomunicaciones, where they oversaw optic fiber construction, restructuring customer installation scheduling, and achieved significant improvements in field crew productivity, support tickets, and customer satisfaction. Prior to that, they worked as the Vending Machines Manager at Grupo Fiesta Food, General Manager at PNTRS SLP, Operations Manager at PESAMAQ S de RL de CV / Mincanmex, Vending Machines and New Markets Manager at Grupo Yoli, General Manager at SMART Translations, Planning Manager at Coca Cola Cimsa, and Logistics Manager at Grupo CIMSA.

Jorge Sánchez Vila pursued their education in different disciplines over the years. From 1990 to 1997, they attended the Tecnológico de Monterrey, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering and Business Administration. Following a hiatus in their educational journey, they continued their studies in 2007 at the University of Phoenix. Here, they obtained a Master's in Business Administration (MBA), specializing in Business Administration, in 2008.
