John Dorr

John Dorr is an Associate Director at IEQ Capital and leads the administration of Salesforce for the firm.

Prior to joining IEQ Capital, Mr. Dorr spent three years at Coursera, where he served as their Senior System Specialist. His work at Coursera helped lay the foundation for the company in offering support for the 100+ million company users. Prior to joining Coursera, Mr. Dorr worked in a consulting role for Envoy, a Zendesk partner, delivering implementations and optimizations for clients. Before joining Envoy, Mr. Dorr spent nearly ten years in wealth management at Wells Fargo Advisors and Merrill Lynch.

Mr. Dorr earned a Bachelor of Arts degreefrom University of California, Berkeley, and more recently a Master’s in Business Administration from Saint Mary’s College. While at University of California, Berkeley, he served as the team captain of the nationally ranked Men’s Swimming and Diving team.
