Shelly Olmstead

Shelly Olmstead is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in employee development at IES Communications. Since July 2016, Shelly has served as the Director of Employee Development, focusing on creating impactful curricula and career paths that enhance employee growth and success. Previously, as the Director of Quality and Development, Shelly played a pivotal role in fostering a culture of continuous improvement for both employees and customers. Beginning in October 2012, Shelly worked as the Employee Development Manager, enthusiastically promoting and implementing development programs across the organization. Education was obtained at Northern Arizona University.
