Al Horton has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Al started their career at NORSHIPCO in 1976 as a Welder and later became a Shipboard Electrician. In 1998, they joined IES DOT COMPLIANCE MANAGER as a DOT Compliance Manager. In 1999, they transitioned to IES and IES COMMERCIAL, where they served as the Fleet Manager in both companies. Overall, Al Horton has a strong background in fleet management and DOT compliance.
Al Horton attended Tidewater Community College from 1999 to 2000, where they studied Electrical Wiring and Team Building. In 1971, they also briefly attended the ENA School in the US Coast Guard, where they focused on Diesel Engines.
