Núria Mas

Associate Dean, Faculty, Research & PhD Program at IESE Business School

Núria Mas is the current Associate Dean, Faculty, Research & PhD Program at IESE Business School. Núria has previous experience as a marketing and communications director, responsible for leading marketing and communications strategy, as well as commercial actions and admissions processes for undergraduate and graduate students. Núria has also worked as a brand marketing manager for both Sara Lee Baking Co and Gallina Blanca. In these positions, they were responsible for managing sales for leading products Avecrem and Natreen & Soley coffee. Núria began their career in marketing with Nabisco as a product manager for impulse products such as Oreo and Chips Ahoy.

Nuria Mas has a degree in Law from the Universitat Pompeu Fabra, a PDD from IESE Business School, and a Career Coaching Training Program from Career-Counselling-Services. Núria also has a Programa Enfocado de Comunicar con Eficacia y Persuasión from IESE Business School, and a Programa Enfocado de Dirección Estratégica de RRHH from IESE Business School. Finally, they have a Programa Enfocado Mujer y Liderazgo from IESE Business School, and a Focused Program Developing Leadership Competences from IESE Business School.

They work with Jaume Vidal - General Administrator, José Luis Suárez - Director, Madrid Campus, and Philip Moscoso - Associate Dean, Executive Education. Núria Mas reports to Franz Heukamp, Dean.
