Eric Werner

Eric Werner serves as a Professor of Project Management at IÉSEG School of Management and operates as a Freelance Consultant through Eric Werner Conseil, specializing in strategy, S&OP, and marketing operations. In addition, Eric provides ongoing consultancy to the board of Le French Biscuit, focusing on financial, HR, and marketing strategies, among other areas. Previous roles include Senior Advisor for S&OP at UX4MATION and Business Process Owner at Stime DSI Groupement Les Mousquetaires, where Eric drove the integration of AI-based planning software.
