Andy Vaughan

Andy Vaughan has over 24 years of work experience, with their most recent position being the VP of Technology at ieso since June 2023. Prior to that, they held various leadership roles in engineering and development, including VP of Engineering and Head of Engineering at ieso. Andy also served as a Software Development Manager at ieso, leading multiple Scrum teams. Before joining ieso, Andy was the Scrum Master at Repositive. Additionally, they had a long tenure at Rockwell Collins, where they held the position of Sr. Engineering Manager, Agile Coach, and Test Manager. Andy has experience in leading agile adoption, managing stakeholder relationships, and overseeing budget and recruitment. Earlier in their career, they worked at Vodafone as a Test Lead and at ADP as a Lead UAT Analyst. Andy began their career as a Test Specialist at ICL, where they worked on various projects, including the GlobalSTORE System and Waitrose Online Shopping.

Andy Vaughan is a Certified Scrum Master who obtained their certification from Scrum Alliance in February 2018. They also hold additional certifications including SAFe® 4 Certified Agilist from Scaled Agile, Inc., Certified Agile Tester from iSQI Group, ISTQB Advanced Level Test Manager from ISTQB® - International Software Testing Qualifications Board, ISEB Intermediate Certificate in Software Testing from ISEB, ISEB Foundation Certificate in Software Testing from ISEB, Implementing SAFe® from Scaled Agile, Inc., and PRINCE2® 2017 Practitioner from iSQI Group.
