Malika Bouazzaoui

Malika Bouazzaoui, MBA has a diverse work background, with experience in various industries and roles. Malika is currently employed as the Head of Clinical Validation at Ieso. Prior to this, they served as the Head of Product & Clinical Research at Resony. In 2019, they worked at Sanofi as a Global Digital Therapeutics Project Manager, where they conducted research, coordinated teams, and evaluated digital tools. Before that, Malika worked as an EU Policymaker and Negotiator at the Cabinet Office and as a National Expert in Professional Training at the European Commission. Malika also held leadership roles at the European Youth Parliament, managing a team and mentoring individuals. Additionally, they gained valuable experience through internships at the Department for Transport, Saarland Ministerium für Bildung une Kultur, and Département des Alpes de Haute-Provence. With their diverse background and expertise, Malika is well-equipped to excel in their current position.

Malika Bouazzaoui, MBA has a diverse educational background. Malika first pursued a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in International Relations at The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) from 2010 to 2014. Following this, they obtained a Baccalauréat in Economics and Social Sciences from Lycée International George Duby in 2010.

In 2016, Malika enrolled in ESSEC Business School and completed their Master in Management-Grande Ecole from 2016 to 2019, specializing in Therapeutic Innovation. Malika furthered their education at Tecnológico de Monterrey, where they obtained their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in 2018, specializing in Entrepreneurship & Innovation, Ethics & Sustainability, with a focus on Marketing & Digital Marketing.

Additionally, Malika has pursued various certifications. Malika obtained a Design Thinking certification from IDEO U in 2019 and a Mental Health First Aid certification from the NYC Department of Health and Mental Hygiene in the same year. In 2018, they became a certified Yoga Teacher from Samyak Yoga. Moreover, Malika obtained the Cambridge Certificate of Proficiency in English (CPE) from Cambridge Assessment International Education in 2010.
