Michael Black

Michael is ieso’s Chief Financial Officer overseeing the financial strategy from planning and KPI development, to acquisitions and fundraising. He brings more than three decades of senior financial experience to ieso, including 15 years as a tech company CFO.

As CFO for Cambridge Display Technology, he was involved in private financing rounds and completed an IPO of the company on NASDAQ. He was instrumental in setting up a joint venture between CDT and Sumitomo Chemical of Japan, which it subsequently sold to for $283 million.
