Sharon Harrison

Sharon Harrison is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer success and account management within the healthcare and retail sectors. Currently serving as Customer Success Director at ieso since March 2023, Sharon previously held the position of Interim Head of Client Success at Peppy, where innovative healthcare services were delivered through a mobile platform. From 2014 to 2021, Sharon was the Head of Account Management at ieso Digital Health, focusing on the implementation and growth of online cognitive behavioural therapy services for the NHS. Earlier roles included Business Development Manager and Head of Suppliers at Activity Superstore, and General Manager at Great Days Out. Sharon's educational background includes a BA Hons 2.1 in French and English from Anglia Ruskin University, along with A Levels and GCSEs from Dover Grammar School for Girls.
