In 2019, Stephen pursued further education at the University of the West of England and is currently enrolled in an Executive Master of Business Administration (MBA) program.

Alongside their formal education, Stephen has obtained additional certifications. Stephen attained BABCP Accreditation as a Cognitive Psychological Therapist (CBT) from the British Association for Behavioural & Cognitive Psychotherapies (BABCP) in April 2012. In 2018, they received certification in Product Management and Product Marketing for digital technology products from Product Focus.
