Maxim Koynash has over 15 years of work experience in engineering and project management. From 2021 to present they have been a Technical Project Manager at iFarm. From 2015 to 2021 they were the CTO at "Engineering sphere" llc, where they were responsible for running an engineering company and providing clients with the best services in designing and assembling works. From 2013 to 2015 they were the Chief Engineer at "Water world" llc. From 2010 to 2013 they were the Chief Engineer at "Siberian Engineering Bureau" llc. In 2010 they were the Project Manager at "CombiStroy" llc. From 2006 to 2010 they were the Lead HVAC Engineer at "ATTA-intern" llc. From 2006 to 2006 they were the HVAC Engineer at "Building Corporation SITEX" llc. From 2005 to 2006 they were the HVAC Engineer at "ASTiV" llc.

Maxim Koynash attended Novosibirsk State University of Architecture and Construction (SIBSTRIN) from 2000 to 2005, where they obtained a diploma in Heating, Gas Supply and Ventilation.
