Crystal Dcosta has work experience as a Human Resources Assistant at IFB Industries Ltd starting in July 2023. Crystal also worked in Human Resources Management at CommScope from March 2023 to April 2023. Prior to that, they were an Administrative Assistant at ELIN ELECTRONICS LTD. from May 2022 to July 2022.

Crystal Dcosta started their education in 2018 at Vidya Vikas Mandals Shree Damodar College of Commerce & Economics Margao, where they pursued a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Accounting. Crystal completed this program in 2021. In 2021, Crystal enrolled in the Goa University - Goa Business School to pursue a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General. This program is expected to be completed in 2023.
