Manjima M.

Manjima M. has over 25 years of experience in various training and development roles. Manjima worked at IFB Industries Ltd from 2014 onwards, starting as the Head of IFB Centre for Learning and Development and eventually becoming the Assistant Vice President of Training. Their responsibilities included strategic L&D initiatives, executive coaching, and optimizing employee potential. Prior to IFB Industries, Manjima M. worked at Oberoi Group at Trident BKC as a Training Manager, where they specialized in behavioral change and introduced various training systems. Manjima also worked as a Training Manager at Oberoi Hotels & Resorts and Oberoi Hotels & Resorts Trident Chennai. Before that, they served as an Assistant Training Manager at Taj Hotels Resorts and Palaces. Manjima M. began their career as an Instructor/Lecturer at the Institute of Hotel Management, Catering Technology & Applied Nutrition, Chennai, where they focused on teaching and practical integration of academy to the industry.

Manjima M. has a diverse education history. In 1986-1988, they attended Vanavani - IIT Madras, where they pursued Senior Secondary Schooling with a focus on Pure Science. From 1989 to 1991, Manjima M. studied Hotel Management at IHMCTAN Chennai, emphasizing Food and Beverage Management. Their higher education journey continued with a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in English Language and Literature, General from Indira Gandhi National Open University. Additionally, Manjima M. completed an MBA in HR Marketing from Manipal Academy of Higher Education. Manjima continued to enhance their professional skills by attending the Harvard ManageMentor Program in 2013-2014. Manjima M. further expanded their knowledge in Organisational Development by earning a Certified OD Analyst certification from Carlton Advanced Management Institute- MEHR in 2019. In 2018, they joined Dartmouth University, Tuck School of Business edx and is currently pursuing a Professional Certificate in Retail and Omni Channel Management, specifically focusing on Retail Management. In 2022-2023, they plan to attend Coacharya to obtain a Coaching Foundation with Ontology* degree, specializing in Behavioral Sciences.
