Rajat Sharma began their work experience as an Internship Trainee at LG Electronics in June 2018. Rajat then joined Coffee Day Group as a Service Executive in July 2019, where they focused on appointment of new Technicians and the maintenance of machines. Most recently, Rajat joined IFB Industries Ltd in November 2021 as an Area Service Manager, where they handle after sales service, manages a team of technicians, and oversees dealer management.

Rajat Sharma completed their Bachelor of Technology (BTech) in Mechanical Engineering from Amity University, where they studied from 2015 to 2019. In addition to their degree, Rajat also obtained two certifications. In April 2019, they became a Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) from the Automotive Skill Development Council (ASDC). Prior to that, in March 2019, Rajat achieved the Six Sigma Green Belt (CSSGB) certification from BSI.
