Sambit Panda

Sambit Panda has extensive work experience in various sales and management roles. Sambit started their career in 1995 at VIP Industries Limited, where they held positions as a Sales Officer, Senior Sales Officer, and Area Sales Executive. Sambit later worked for Giordano as an RM East, overseeing business set-up, recruitment, and brand building. Sambit also worked at Philips Electronics India Ltd as a Branch Manager, where they were responsible for sales management and implementing marketing strategies. Sambit then joined Reliance Telecom as the Pre-Paid Head for the Orissa Circle, focusing on sales management and customer lifecycle management. After that, Sambit worked at Idea Cellular Ltd as the Circle Prepaid Sales Head and later as the GM Sales for Gujarat. At Future Group India, they served as the National Sales Head. Currently, Sambit works at IFB Industries Ltd as the Business Head for Large Format Retail and the Business Head for West, overseeing affordability and consumer finance.

Sambit Panda completed their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Marketing & Finance from Utkal University from 1993 to 1995. Sambit also pursued a Masters of Business Administration degree in Marketing from the Regional College of Management. Sambit has obtained several certifications, including "Managing Employee Performance Problems," "Adaptive Leadership for VUCA Challenges," "Coaching Employees through Difficult Situations," "Leaders: Make Your Teams More Agile, Creative, and United," "Building Resilience," "Giving Your Elevator Pitch," and "Leading with Emotional Intelligence" from LinkedIn.
