Smitesh Rede

Smitesh Rede started their work experience in May 2022 as a Human Resources Intern at Integrated Active Monitoring Pvt. Ltd. Smitesh then joined IFB Industries Ltd in July 2023 as an HR-L&D Management Trainee.

Smitesh Rede completed a Bachelor of Commerce degree with a major in Economics from MES Garware College of Commerce, where they studied from 2017 to 2020. Subsequently, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General at Dr.Vishwanath Karad MIT WORLD PEACE UNIVERSITY|PUNE. Smitesh attended this program from 2021 to 2023.
