Naresh K has a diverse work experience in the field of recruitment. Naresh worked as an IT Recruiter at Brain Management consultants pvt ltd from November 2017 to February 2018. Following that, they joined People Prime Worldwide as a Senior Human Resources Recruiter in March 2018 and worked until April 2020. Currently, Naresh is employed at IFINGLOBAL GROUP, where they initially started as a Technical Recruiter in December 2020 and is currently serving as the Lead - Talent Champion from February 2023.

From 2014 to 2016, Naresh K attended the Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University where they studied Human Resource Management.
