Kathryn Moore currently serves as Vice President & Associate General Counsel at iFIT since December 2023. Prior to this role, Kathryn worked at VF Corporation from April 2019 to November 2023 as Counsel at VF Outdoor, LLC, where responsibilities included supporting legal aspects of product development and negotiating complex commercial agreements. Earlier experience includes serving as Associate Counsel at Perkins Coie LLP, specializing in technology transactions and privacy, and as a Technology and Intellectual Property Transactions Associate at Kirkland & Ellis LLP. Kathryn holds a J.D. from Indiana University Maurer School of Law, where graduated Order of the Coif, and a Bachelor of Arts degree, Summa Cum Laude, from Murray State University. Additionally, Kathryn studied at the University of Regensburg.
