Kennia Silva

Kennia Silva is a seasoned software engineering manager with extensive experience across leading technology organizations. Currently serving as a Senior Software Engineering Manager at iFood since October 2023, Kennia previously held the same title at Podium, where significant achievements included the development of a self-serve platform and the launch of the Podium Marketplace. Before Podium, Kennia worked at IBM for nearly 14 years, advancing from Program and Project Manager to Software Engineering Manager, where responsibilities included leading cross-functional teams and implementing innovative solutions for contract management and HR analytics. Kennia holds an Executive MBA in Project Management and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Ibmec.
