Head Of Service For Evolution And Maintenance Of The Corporate IS Applications at IFP Energies nouvelles SA

Caroline Cavadini-Malotaux has extensive work experience in various roles within the field of information systems. Caroline began their career in 1994 as a Web project manager at the French National Institute for Agricultural Research. From 1999 to 2004, they worked at the World Organisation for Animal Health (OIE) as an IT Manager and then as Deputy Head of the Regional Activities Department. Caroline then moved on to the French Ministry of Overseas, where they worked as an Information System Manager from 2006 to 2008, and later as Head of Statistics and Information System Department from 2008 to 2012. Currently, they are employed at IFP Energies nouvelles, holding the position of Head of domain for corporate IS applications since 2012, and more recently, as the Head of service for evolution and maintenance of the corporate IS applications from January 2019 onwards.

Caroline Cavadini-Malotaux obtained a Master's Degree in Marine Biology and Biological Oceanography from Université de Bretagne Occidentale in 1992. From 1992 to 1994, they attended EPF Engineering School and earned an Engineer's Degree. In 2023, Caroline completed a Certification in Lean Management from Lean Six Sigma France, with a focus on quality.
