Justin Taylor has extensive experience in customer success and support, currently serving as the Director of Customer Success and Support at Operix since September 2013, where Justin previously held roles as Customer Success Manager and Product Specialist. Prior to Operix, Justin spent over a decade at LC Anderson, starting as Service Coordinator and advancing to Lead Service Coordinator, managing commercial accounts and improving communication between teams. Justin's early career included a position as Service Consultant at Brookline Volkswagen Audi, where responsibilities encompassed customer interactions, service scheduling, and resolving complaints while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
