Anushka Perera

Anushka Perera is a highly experienced professional in the fields of engineering and human resources, currently serving as Lead Product Specialist at IFS since July 2022. Prior experience includes holding senior roles at PickMe as Senior Manager – Human Resources and Manager – Organization and Manpower Development, and serving as Project Manager at Perigon Lanka, where Anushka managed pre-construction and construction phases of luxury hotel projects in Sri Lanka. Earlier career highlights include serving as Site Engineer for the $520 million Waterfront Integrated Resort Project at Balmond Studio, and working as Maritime Engineer at URS Corporation, contributing to major maritime projects globally. Anushka's educational background includes an MBA from Imperial College Business School and a Master's in Engineering from Imperial College London.
