Rachel Hindley

Rachel Hindley is an experienced corporate development professional currently serving as Vice President of Corporate Development at IFS since December 2021, after previously holding the role of Director in the same department. Hindley is also a Board Member of the New Zealand Business Women’s Network since May 2020. Prior to IFS, experience includes Senior M&A Manager at Royal Mail and Associate Director at Värde Partners. A significant part of Hindley's career was spent at PwC, where roles included Valuations Manager and M&A and Private Equity Tax Manager. Early career highlights include a tenure as a Professional Badminton Player for the Badminton World Federation. Hindley holds a degree in Business Sustainability Management from the University of Cambridge, along with a conjoint BHSc and BCom in Accounting and Finance from the University of Auckland.
