Victoria Harris-Clark

Victoria Harris-Clark serves as the Senior Vice President of Global Delivery for Professional Services, Customer Success, and Support at IFS since November 2020, overseeing a global team of over 1500 to enhance customer advocacy and ensure a leading service experience. Prior to this role, Victoria held multiple positions at SAP from 2006 to 2020, including Vice President for S/4HANA Cloud Professional Services in EMEA, where responsibilities included building the regional customer success team and achieving significant revenue growth and customer satisfaction. Victoria's extensive experience in customer success, operations management, and strategic engagements is complemented by a strong educational background with multiple degrees in Information Systems and Social Policy from the University of Portsmouth.
