Art Rybalko has worked in customer support roles for the past eight years. In 2020, they began working as Community and Platform Support for IFTTT. Prior to that, they were the Customer Support Lead at Severgroup Medicine from 2019 to 2018. Art was the Head of Support at Amaiz, a UK-based digital banking service, in 2018. From 2012 to 2018, they held several roles at Wrike, including Head of Support, Support Operations and Tier 2 Manager, Tier 2 Support Manager, Customer Support Manager, and Customer Support Specialist. In their roles, they managed teams of customer support agents, implemented suites of tools and integrations, project managed the beginnings of a knowledge base, and worked on improving metrics and reports.
Art Rybalko obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Physics from Voronezh State University between 2006 and 2010.
