Christian Poed

Christian Poed began their work experience in 2005 as a Sales Consultant at ANZ. From 2007 to 2008, they worked as a Sales Support at TAL Life. In 2009, they joined IG as a Trading Services Technical Specialist, and later held the positions of Head of Trading Services (Social Media & Projects) and Head of Trading Services (IT) at the company. In these roles, they were responsible for directing and managing various teams, enhancing customer care through self-service knowledge bases and digital strategies, and optimizing web performance and campaigns.

Christian Poed earned a Bachelor's degree in International Business and Management from QUT (Queensland University of Technology) between 2002 and 2005. Additionally, in June 2012, they obtained the PRINCE2 Foundation & Practitioner certification from APMG-International.
