Olga Pirog's work experience includes various roles in marketing and analytics. Olga is currently working at IG Group as the Head of AI Marketing Transformation Team, a position they have held since October 2023. Prior to this, they served as the Head of Marketing AI and Intelligence at IG Group starting in June 2023. From March 2020 to July 2023, Olga was the Head of Marketing Intelligence (Global Role) at IG Group.

Before joining IG Group, Olga worked at Eurostar as the General Manager - Digital Analytics (E-Commerce) from October 2018 to March 2020. Olga started their career at JTI as a Graduate Management Trainee from May 2009 to June 2011.

Olga's first work experience was a marketing internship at HFIM from 2008 to 2009.

Olga Pirog completed their education with a Bachelor's degree in Applied Linguistics in Engineering from the National Technical University of Ukraine 'Kyiv Polytechnic Institute' from 2001 to 2006. In 2007, they obtained a certification in Marketing from CIM | The Chartered Institute of Marketing. From 2007 to 2009, they pursued a Master of Science degree in Marketing and Strategy at Heriot-Watt University. Olga later attended the Harvard Business School from 2016 to 2018 for the Alumna PLD 24 Executive Education program, focusing on Business Administration and Management.
