Isabella Williamson-Hawkins has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Isabella began their career in 2006 at Conde Nast, where they gained work experience in various departments such as Classified, Glamour Advertising, and Traveller Advertising. In 2011, Isabella had work experiences at Cazenove Capital Management and FXCM Pro. In 2011, they also became the General Manager at Anchor Door Systems Ltd. Isabella then joined Ford Credit in 2014 as an IT Infrastructure Project Manager. In 2016, they moved to Ford Motor Company as an iOS Developer, where they played a crucial role in developing the FordPass app and co-founding the GoPark! mobile app. Isabella's career then transitioned to IG Group in 2019, where they held positions such as iOS Developer, iOS Technical Team Lead, Head of Mobile, Head of Client Platforms, and currently, as Head of Client Engagement Technology. Isabella'sextensive experience showcases their expertise in technology, project management, and leadership.

Isabella Williamson-Hawkins completed their Executive MBA at Cranfield School of Management from 2020 to 2022. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science (BSc) Honours degree in Sport Science with Management from Loughborough University, attending from 2008 to 2011. Isabella's secondary education took place at Wellington College from 2006 to 2008.

In addition to their academic degrees, Isabella obtained certifications including CMgr MCMI from the Chartered Management Institute in January 2023 and Prince2 Foundation and Practitioner from APMG-International in July 2013.
