Heidi Lofthus

Heidi Lofthus has extensive experience in human resources and operations within the iGaming industry. Currently serving as Project Director for HR Connect at NEXT.io since January 2021, Heidi previously held the position of Chief People Officer at ComeOn Group and Head of HR at Evoke Gaming Ltd. Notably, Heidi has a proven track record in employee engagement, recruitment, and compliance, having overseen the recruitment and management of approximately 400 staff. Earlier roles include leading Player Relations at Redbet, where Heidi achieved high industry recognition for support services, as well as account management positions at SPIELO and Stminver Ltd, focusing on technical support and fraud prevention. Heidi's educational background includes coursework at Uppsala University.
