THE ROLE

In this sales role, the Corporate Account Manager (CAM) (m/f/d) will be responsible for selling IGEL technology and services to mid-sized and large Corporate Accounts in Switzerland with the objective to achieve Key Performance Indicator (KPIs) and sales quotas. You will be part of a fast growing and successful team and you’ll get support by leveraging IGEL’s cross-functional teams including Marketing, Presales, Engineering, Advanced Services and other support organizations as well as a strong channel partner community to help you win new businesses and grow existing customers.

You possess a deep understanding and strong enthusiasm for acquiring new clients. As the key driver, you will formulate and execute the sales tactics within your designated territory. You'll take charge of implementing essential activities and marketing initiatives to secure Net New Accounts and foster the growth of sales revenue. In the role of Corporate Account Manager, you will serve as the ambassador for IGEL's complete suite of products and services, aiming to consistently achieve high levels of customer satisfaction and meet sales objectives

TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Effectively deliver the IGEL value proposition, demonstrating an understanding of the IGEL solution and individual products and services
  • Manage customer expectations and contribute to a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Use forecasting and pipeline management to manage sales growth
  • Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
  • Use our CRM application to develop and utilize professional account and pipeline management and follow-up procedures
  • Become the primary contact person within your accounts while working closely with your IGEL colleagues, and partners
  • Establish relationships with key channel partners to create pipeline and collaborate on existing opportunities
  • Develop a sustained pipeline of accounts by actively prospecting via networking, marketing lead follow-up, and personal relationships to independently close contracts
  • Appropriately engage management and subject-matter experts in the sales cycle
  • Attend territory plans, forecasting, and sales reviews with the executive team

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar sales role in a B2B setting, selling IT Software and services with/through partners in Switzerland

  • Strong track record in winning new and penetrating accounts, planning and managing territory resources, and leveraging channel partners

  • Positive minded with a Can-do and problem resolution attitude

  • Proven track record of achieving revenue goals

  • Previous experience of successful value selling into the Swiss Corporate market, executive-level influence, and negotiation

  • Well networked in Switzerland, with existing corporate customer relationships at decision-making level

  • Technical know-how and knowledge about virtualization, VDI / EUC Technologies and DaaS market and its players

  • Excellent presentation and communication skills (written and oral)

  • Ability to regular travel and to work independently, without supervision

  • Languages: German native speaker; professional working proficiency in English, and possibly French
