Adhityo Wicaksono

Adhityo Wicaksono is a Plant Bioinformatician at GSI Lab, focusing on multi-omics analysis of plants, including transcriptomics of chili and genomics of tea. Involved in various organizations, Adhityo serves as Secretary for the Indonesian Society for Bioinformatics and Biodiversity, participates as a Judging Committee member for iGEM, and advises multiple iGEM teams. Adhityo's academic background includes a PhD in Chemical Engineering from Åbo Akademi University and experience as a postdoctoral researcher at Chulalongkorn University and Institut Teknologi Bandung, specializing in transcriptomics and plant biotechnology. Additionally, roles have included teaching and outreach activities to promote biotechnology among students in Indonesia.
