Tandy Harris

Tandy Harris has more than 20 years of experience in global human resources. Tandy currently serves as the Chief Human Resources Officer at IGI - International General Insurance Co. Ltd. Previously, they held executive positions at Atypical Digital, Open English, CGI, Apex CoVantage, Infosys, Sara Lee Baking Co, CommerceQuest Inc., and PricewaterhouseCoopers. Throughout their career, Tandy has implemented various HR strategies and programs to support business objectives, such as talent management, compensation structure design, and organizational reorganization. Tandy has also focused on creating cost savings, reducing attrition rates, and increasing employee engagement in different companies and industries.

Tandy Harris holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Radford University. Additionally, Tandy has obtained a certification in Mergers and Acquisitions from Columbia University, through the institution Emeritus, in the year 2021.
