They have worked with renowned organizations such as OutRight Action International, Human Rights Watch, Amnesty International, United Nations Human Rights, and Irish Family Planning Association. They have also held positions at various companies in different industries, such as Executive Director at ShoutOut, Operations Manager at The Undergraduate Awards, Communications Manager at Perform Europe, Communications and Membership Manager at IETM - International network for contemporary performing arts, and Project Administrator at Oxford Policy Management. In addition to their professional experience, the team is also highly educated, with degrees from prestigious universities such as Trinity College Dublin, University of Galway, Université catholique de Louvain, Université Saint-Louis - Bruxelles, and Oxford Brookes University.
