Katie Omstead

Katie Omstead serves as Brand GM and Strategy Advisor at Ignite Venture Studio, where responsibilities include managing brand, marketing, and operations for early-stage digital-first companies within the portfolio, while advising leadership on strategy and prioritization. As General Manager of Together Beauty, Katie oversees brand strategy and consumer experience to enhance brand awareness and growth, while also founding and leading Mintly as General Manager, driving its development from concept to commercialization in the oral wellness category. Prior to these roles, Katie held significant positions at HealthQuarters and Johnson & Johnson, where strategic planning and partnership development were key focuses. Educational qualifications include an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA in Economics and Political Science from Columbia University.
