Amy Pemberton

Amy Pemberton has held various roles in the Human Resources and Talent Acquisition fields since 2010. Amy began their career as a Consultant and Human Resources & Marketing Manager at NW Explorations, where they were responsible for recruiting, designing full-scale plans to restructure the business, and maintaining the company benefits program. In 2018, they were appointed to a comprehensive Human Resources role at MSNW, LLC, overseeing payroll for 460 employees spanning three states, managing employee relationships, and implementing core HR systems. In 2019, they became the Finance & Human Resource Manager at ASPEN POWER CATAMARANS. From 2021 to 2022, they were an Executive Recruiter at Madison Square Garden Entertainment Corp. and a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Ignite Recruitment. Additionally, from 2020 to 2021, they were an Independent Consultant.

Amy Pemberton has a diverse education history. Amy holds a Master of Business Administration - MBA with a minor in Accounting from Western Washington University, a Masters Certificate in HR from Cornell University, and a Bachelor of Business Administration - BBA in Marketing from the University of Rhode Island. Amy also has a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Western Washington University. Currently, they are enrolled at the University of California, Berkeley for Physical Sciences.
