Sophia Binder

Sophia Binder has held a variety of roles across a range of companies since 2011. Her career began at Ply Gem, where they held the role of Human Resources Representative. In 2013, they moved to O'Reilly Auto Parts, where they served as Human Resources Supervisor and Office Manager. From 2014 to 2018, they worked at Unite Private Networks, first as a Talent Acquisition Recruiter and then as a Human Resources Generalist. In 2021, they were Human Resources Director at Noble Health Corporation, before taking on the same role at HCI ENERGY in 2022. Also in 2022, they became Self Employed at Sophia Binder Coaching and Recruiting Consultant at Ignite Recruitment. Her most recent role is Account Manager at HUB International, which they have held since 2023.

Sophia Binder has a diverse educational background. Sophia obtained their High School Diploma from St. Mary's High School in 2003. Sophia then attended Vatterott College and earned a Diploma in Computer Programming & Systems Analysis in 2004. After that, they attended the University of Phoenix and earned an Associates in Business in 2009. Finally, they attended Bellevue University and earned a Bachelors in Human Resources Management in 2011. Additionally, Sophia Binder has obtained several certifications, including Reiki - Level 1 from the Reiki (Usui System of Natural Healing) in 2022, DAT207x: Analyzing and Visualizing Data with Power BI from edX in 2019, and Cosmetologist, All Other from the Missouri board of cosmetology in 2016.
