Tony Shouse, MPA

Tony Shouse, MPA has over 10 years of experience in recruitment and talent acquisition. Tony began their career in 2012 as a Staffing Supervisor with Kelly Resources, where their primary responsibilities included taking and filling orders, managing the order life cycle, resolving problems, and developing business through customer service calls and proactively marketing candidates. In 2013, they moved to RJ Corman Railroad Group, where they served as an Employment Specialist. In 2019, they joined Pearl Interactive Network Inc., where they held the roles of Talent Acquisition Consultant and Talent Acquisition Specialist. Most recently, Tony has been working as a Contract/Freelance Recruiter for Propel Recruiting and a Contract Recruiter for Ignite Recruitment since 2022.

Tony Shouse, MPA completed a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Biology, General from the University of the Cumberlands in 2009, as well as a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Public Health from the same institution in 2009. In 2012, Tony Shouse, MPA obtained a Master's degree in Public Administration from Morehead State University. Tony also holds a certification from Predictive Index.
