Chelsey Nelson has a diverse work experience in digital marketing and event planning. Chelsey currently serves as the Global Brand Campaigns & Social Lead at Ignition, where they focus on automating and optimizing proposals, client agreements, billing, and payment collection. Prior to this, Chelsey founded their own company, Chelsey Nelson LLC, offering marketing consultation and services to companies of all sizes. Chelsey also worked as the Head of Digital Marketing at Expose Media, managing a team and collaborating with internal teams to improve digital efforts for clients. Chelsey has prior experience at T-Mobile as a Sr. Manager, overseeing social media campaigns and strategy for senior executives. Chelsey also worked at Yesler and PitchBook Data as a Paid Media Strategist and Social Media Strategist respectively, developing and implementing digital marketing strategies. Additionally, Chelsey served as an HR Recruiting Coordinator at Whitepages, where they planned and managed corporate events. Chelsey began their career as a Marketing and Event Planning Intern at Add Three Inc., assisting in planning conferences and managing social media.

Chelsey Nelson holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Marketing from the University of Washington - Michael G. Foster School of Business, which they obtained from 2009 to 2013. Prior to that, they completed their high school education at Bishop Blanchet and received a High School Diploma. Chelsey also has various certifications, including Social Media Marketing from HubSpot Academy (obtained in June 2023), Facebook Certified Media Buying Professional from Facebook (obtained in July 2021), WSET 2's with Merit from WSET - Wine & Spirit Education Trust (obtained in 2019), and CPR-AED for Lifeguards and Lifeguarding/First Aid from the American Red Cross (obtained in December 2011).
