Elizabeth Rutledge

Program Director - Key Accounts Team at Ignition

Elizabeth Rutledge started their work experience as a Fall Fellow at Obama for America in 2012. Elizabeth then worked as an Intern and Tour Guide at the Tread of Pioneers Museum from 2011 to 2013. In 2013, they became an Associate Community Manager at WeWork, where they managed building operations and created a collaborative environment for innovators. In 2015, Elizabeth joined Coolr as a Culture Builder, where they identified and produced features to foster company and team connection. Elizabeth also conducted QA testing and acted as a customer advocate for product quality. Since 2016, Elizabeth has been working at Ignition, starting as a Customer Success Manager for North America. Elizabeth then became the Head of Account Management and is currently the Program Director for the Key Accounts Team.

Elizabeth Rutledge pursued their education by first attending Colorado Mountain College from 2007 to 2009, where they obtained an Associate of Arts (AA) degree in General Studies. Following this, they enrolled at Portland State University, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in History, completing their studies in 2011.
