Daryl Firmani

Daryl Firmani is an experienced IT Director with a strong background in operations and data management. Daryl has been with Ignition Group since July 2013, holding multiple leadership roles, such as Head Distribution IT and Head Data Operations, with a focus on project management and effective implementation of sales campaigns. Prior experience includes serving as a Telco Operations Manager, where Daryl ensured campaign targets were met. Previously, Daryl worked at MTN from September 2008 to June 2013 as a Corporate Sales Support Supervisor and Account Manager, managing corporate operations and improving client retention and acquisition in the SME market. Education includes self-directed learning through Coursera and a Grade 12 certificate from New Forest High School obtained in 1999.
