Kris Laird is an experienced professional in human resources and sales enablement, currently serving as the Vice President of People at iGo since May 2024, focusing on HR initiatives including onboarding, training, and organizational culture. Prior roles include Director of Sales Enablement and Director of Business Development at Decisions, as well as significant positions at Mediafly, Ingeniux Corporation, and Outreach.io, where Kris led efforts to enhance sales processes, develop training programs, and drive pipeline generation. With a consulting background at Greaser Consulting, Kris has provided strategic management and sales process solutions to a global client base. Kris holds a Bachelor of Science in Music Education from Penn State University and a Master of Music in Music Education from Duquesne University.
