Jason Parker

Jason Parker serves as the Vice President of Human Resources at iGrafx, having previously held the same title at Columbia Advisory Group and Cenergistic, among others. Parker's extensive experience encompasses roles focused on talent acquisition, strategic HR management, and operational excellence across various industries, including information technology and energy conservation. Notable achievements include significant improvements in hiring practices, performance management strategies, and the establishment of internal talent pipelines. Parker earned a Master’s degree in Dispute Resolution and Conflict Management from Southern Methodist University and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Texas A&M University.
