Lee Constantino

Lee Constantino has a strong background in finance and leadership roles. They currently hold the position of CFO at iGrafx since 2023. Prior to this, they held the same role at Centerbase from February 2022 to August 2022. From 2020 to 2022, they served as the CFO at Marquis. Additionally, Lee has experience as the CEO and CFO at Worksoft from 2013 to 2019. They served as the CFO at iTKO from 2009 to 2012, at Ignite Technologies, Inc. from 2006 to 2009, and at Fuego, Inc. from 2004 to 2006. Their earlier experience includes a role as the Vice President of Finance & Administration at MindFlow Technologies, Inc. and as a Manager at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP from 1997 to 2000.

Lee Constantino received a B.S. degree in Accounting from SUNY Geneseo in 1995. Lee then pursued an MBA in Finance from Penn State University, which they completed in 1997.
