Head - Talent Transformation at IGT Solutions

Dheeraj Narwani has over 18 years of experience in customer experience and talent transformation across various sectors. Currently serving as Head of Talent Transformation at IGT Solutions since September 2021, Dheeraj manages product and process training for International Airlines, Hotels, Cruises, and the Data Annotation team, supporting approximately 3,000 colleagues across the APAC region. Prior to this role, Dheeraj held multiple positions at Barclays UK from May 2008 to August 2021, including Senior Manager of Customer Experience and various AVP roles, focusing on customer experience coaching, operations management, and process improvement in retail banking. Earlier experience includes a position as Senior CCO at Convergys Pvt India Ltd from August 2005 to May 2008. Educationally, Dheeraj holds a degree in Business/Commerce from Guru Harikishan Degree College, completed between 2002 and 2005, and attended Christ the King College from 1987 to 1997.
