Lisa Defruscio

Lisa DeFruscio is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as Vice President of Total Rewards and Vice President of People & Transformation at IGT since April 2015, Lisa previously held the position of Senior HR Director for North America and GTECH Printing Corp at GTECH Corporation. From September 2001 to May 2012, Lisa was the Senior HR Director at Spielo International, focusing on strategic HR support for the gaming services sector. Earlier in the career, Lisa served as Vice President of Human Resources at DefendNet Solutions and as Director of HR Services at American Power Conversion Corp. Lisa holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resource Management from Salve Regina University, earned between 1987 and 1990.
