Angela Lucas

Angela Lucas is a highly experienced behavioral health professional with a robust background in managing clinical services and outpatient therapy. Currently serving as the Behavioral Health Manager at IHA since November 2023, Angela previously held the position of Program Manager at Hegira Health Oakdale Recovery Center from February 2023 to November 2023. Prior roles include serving as the Clinical Services Supervisor and Lead Outpatient Therapist at Hegira Health, Inc., where responsibilities included staffing management, budget adherence, and providing treatment for individuals with substance use disorder and co-occurring conditions. Angela's career began at The Guidance Center as an Outpatient Co-occurring Therapist and includes a foundational internship at the Eisenhower Center focusing on interpersonal practice for clients with brain injuries. Angela holds a Master of Social Work degree from the University of Michigan and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Eastern Michigan University.
