Alicia Yao

Alicia Yao is a seasoned professional in corporate responsibility and organizational effectiveness, currently serving as Head of Corporate Responsibility at IHG Hotels & Resorts since August 2015. With an extensive background in program management and talent strategy, Alicia has held various leadership roles including Corporate Responsibility Director and Chief of Staff to the CEO, where strategic commercial initiatives and culture change strategies were developed and implemented. Prior experience includes senior consulting roles at Talent2 and Mondelēz International, along with significant positions at Australia Post, PwC, BearingPoint, and Consult Group. Alicia holds a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from Shanghai University of Engineer and Science.
