David J MacFadyen

David J MacFadyen has a long and varied career in the technology industry. David J began their career in 1969 as the Director of Engineering Systems at Dialog Computing. In 1971, they were the Division Manager at Abt Associates, and also founded and became CEO of Technology + Economics, Inc. the same year. In 1981, they became President and CEO of the National Association of Home Builder's Research Center. In 1984, they founded and became CEO of SMART HOUSE, LLC. In 2008, they became CEO of SpinTee.com. In 2012, they founded MOOCtracks.com, a directory of more than 15,000 online courses offered by hundreds of elite universities. David J also served as Founder and Board Executive Chair of iHire from 1999.

David J MacFadyen's education history consists of a High School Diploma from Angola High, obtained in 1958, a SB and SM in Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, obtained between 1958 and 1967, an MBA in Finance from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management, obtained between 1968 and 1970, and two certifications from Coursera, "Crafting an Effective Writer: Tools of the Trade (Fundamental English Writing)" obtained in March 2015, and "Grow to Greatness: Smart Growth for Private Businesses, Part II" obtained in April 2014.
